Elder Shanklin Has Arrived At The Mexico CCM-July 30, 2014

Made it her safely. It is pretty crazy. The weather is fantastic. The city is beautiful. Lots of emotions right now so sorry if this isn't exactly what you are looking for. My preparation day (mom note: preparation day is the day he reads his email and responds.  His time is limited so don't be offended if you don't receive a personal one.) is Thursday(tell everyone) and I don't get one tomorrow. Tell everyone of my love for them.  Dont worry about me here. Everything is gonna be just fine. It seems like forever till I get to see you again but I know it will come fast. Elder Shanklin Has Left The Building- July 30, 2014

On Wednesday July 29th Justin was set apart as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  He will serve a mission in Guayaquil Ecuador for a period of 24 months.  President Chandler set him apart and blessed him with many gifts predicated upon his obedience as a missionary.

On Wednesday July 30th at 7:45am  Elder Shanklin left for the Mexico MTC where he will live for 6 weeks while he studies the spanish language, learns how to be an effective teacher and learns how to invite others to know more about Jesus Christ.
